TNA's Winter Competition runs from May to September each year. Entry to this competition is via an affiliated club team or school team. Independent teams are also accepted in this competition.

Summer Competition is a social competiton that runs through Term 4. 

TNA is proud of its representative program with both Junior teams (U11–U15) and State League, with teams in U17, U19, Men’s League, and Open Women’s Divisions 1 and 2.
